My students have been sitting for their career test. Some of them are getting flat scores and cannot find suitable careers. Can you explain why they are getting flat scores and what can I do?

There can be many reasons why they are getting “Flat scores”. Their knowledge on careers may be limited. Their knowledge on their own strengths and weaknesses may be the cause. Before they take the test do some probing. Tell them to take their time. Don’t rush them. It is not a race. If that does not help, talk to them after taking the test. Ask them why they chose those answers. Let them explain and talk about it. They may also have misunderstood the questions. If everything else fails, use a different instrument.

To start with, take the FREE CAREER TEST. This will lead you to summarizing your strengths and weaknesses. It gives you an opportunity to discover yourself.
